Your New Role and Responsibilities

We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to provide support within ourMSS team.

Reporting to the Project Manager and working alongside a collaborative and tightknit project team you will have the opportunity to build and develop your project management experience.

• Support the project manager in developing key project documents including budgets schedules scope statements and project plans.
• Manage project administration tasks such as scheduling meetings taking minutes preparing reports and following up on action items.
• Coordinate resource allocation and assign tasks to ensure team members have what they need and understand their responsibilities.
• Act as the liaison between the project team and stakeholders providing progress updates and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster team collaboration assist with deliverables and actively learn from the project manager to build project management skills for career development.

What Youll Bring to Make An Impact

Along with your ability to prioritiesand work at a fast pace you will demonstrate a proactive approach with the abilitydevelop strong relationships you will also offer;

• Previous professional experience as a Project Coordinator or administration.
• Professional experience in a similar role preferably in IT is preferred.
• An understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job.
• Professional experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Atlassian products Jira and Confluence is preferred.
