Champion Agile and Scaled Agile practices across delivery streams Liaise with senior Federal Government stakeholders with confidence Maintain delivery focus while navigating complex, secure environments Track milestones, manage risk, and ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals Develop and manage program roadmaps aligned with departmental priorities Drive continuous improvement across teams through coaching and retrospectives Produce clear, concise reports for high-level stakeholders and executives Represent Azooa's delivery excellence in collaborative forums and program boards? Ensure compliance with governance and security frameworksWhat You Bring : Current TSPV clearance (mandatory) Strong experience in Agile and Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) Proven success in delivery leadership roles in Federal Government projects Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strategic mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong understanding of digital service standards and user-centered design principles Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and delivery dashboards Ability to mentor and guide junior delivery and agile professionals Formal Agile qualifications (Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile) are highly regardedContract Details : Client : Leading Commonwealth DepartmentContract : 12 months + 12 months extension optionLocation : Canberra, ACT (mostly onsite in Russell, Hybrid / Flexible Options Limited)Engagement Type : Contract through Azooa with potential for long-term partnershipWorking Environment : You will be working within a secure government environment, alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes.
