Our client operates a third party logistics service for well-known Australian and International Brands. As part of their small yet highly efficient customer service team you will play a big part in ensuring the organisation's passion to providing a fast, efficient and reliable service is upheld.
Key responsibilities will includeDay to day management of customer's sales orders / accountsTaking and processing customer ordersResolving customer issues in regards to orders, stock availability, deliveriesCoordinating transport for return itemsTracking orders through to deliveryLiaising with warehouse and transport staffProcessing customer credits and returnsTo be considered for this position you will possessProven customer service experienceImpeccable communication skills both written and verbalPrevious experience in warehousing or transport highly regardedIntermediate MS Excel and Outlook skillsThe ability to work well in a fast paced, team environmentHOW TO APPLY
