Job descriptionKey responsibilities will include Day to day management of customer's sales orders / accounts Taking and processing customer orders Resolving customer issues in regards to orders, stock availability, deliveries Coordinating transport for return items Tracking orders through to delivery Liaising with warehouse and transport staff Processing customer credits and returns To be considered for this position you will possess Proven customer service experience Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal Previous experience in warehousing or transport highly regarded Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook skills The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment HOW TO APPLY
