As a Technical Sales Representative, the mission of this role is to develop strong customer relationships and trust by delivering technical support & solutions to achieve a greater market presence, product reputation, revenue and total market share.
- Key Responsibilities of the role
- Customer Management
- Develop sales plan, identify and implement product opportunities in line with the company growth strategy. Manage customer expectations and deliver timely customer service on issues. Regular visits to adhere to customer needs and requirements.
- Sales Targets
- Meet sales targets, and ensure business profitability, in coopoeration with Product Managers. Monitoring and review of performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Monthly projections and reporting as required, effective forecasting of prduct to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and changes in requirements are communicated.
- Programs
- BPCS, Concur, MS Office and Salesforce, and additional adminsitrative duties as required.
