About the role

Family-friendly roster - 4 days per week - 38 hrs

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead for our SMR Fixed Plant, reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance SMR Fixed Plant. The role focuses on leadership and maintenance management, supporting the safe condition and capacity of fixed plant assets at the SMR site, particularly electrical & instrumentation elements of the SMR Fixed Plants – Fixed Crusher and Concentrator, the Global Water system, and all non-process infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading electrical trades team in maintenance and repair work
• Using SAP to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks
• Overseeing planned and unplanned maintenance at the Fixed Plant
• Contributing to plant shutdown planning and execution
• Ensuring effective communication within the Fixed Plant Team
• Providing technical input on electrical and control systems, including fault diagnosis and repairs
