Manufacturing Specialist

The Role

The Manufacturing specialist role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the ongoing growth and success of our client. From machine operation to quality testing and format changeovers, you will work closely with a diverse, skilled, and supportive team to production and quality targets are met. You will also apply your strong problem-solving skills, natural eye for detail, and experience in a similar role to effectively identify and resolve problems.

This shift would suit someone who is able to work a fixed rotating roster (one week morning shift, afternoon shift, and night shift), ideally with experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Complete routine quality control checks and testing of products
• Monitor production to maintain compliance with production plans / schedules
• Support and participate in GMP, HACCP, and HSE practices

Skills & Experience;

• Experience in a similar manufacturing role, ideally within an FMCG environment
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow your skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
