Acting as the conduit between commercial customers and JB Hi-Fi group, the Account Manager will lead with JB Hi-Fi's purpose to help, effectively becoming the customer advocate to ensure optimal outcomes. The approach to market is based on retention, growth, and acquisition strategies with a focus on building net new customers and long lasting relationships with customers.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to : Building and executing a sales strategy to acquire new business, incorporate innovative approaches to showcase the value proposition of JB Hi-Fi BusinessDeveloping and implementing lead generation strategies for new customers, dormant customers and build relationships with partners and suppliers to capture referralsDeveloping and maintaining trusted relationships up and down the value chain (customers, suppliers, partners), become the first point of contact ensuring a positive experience for the customer and partner / supplierManaging the sales cycle from start to finish from initial engagement, to discovery, to solutionActively seek out and meet with customers weekly and manage quarterly business reviews with larger spend customers. Get out in front of customers is key to successEnsuring Salesforce is up to date and accurate, maintain accurate forecasting (weekly / monthly) and reporting where applicableQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need :

Strong Telecommunication knowledge, products and systems (Telstra preferred)Proficient in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship buildingProven track record in maintaining and exceeding sales targets, acquiring net new business, exceeding sales budgets, maintaining sales forecasts, and Salesforce complianceAn ability to analyse industry data, internal sales data, and customer data to prepare engagement strategies and presentations.Experienced and confident with communicating at all levels including senior management and c-level executives.Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment and growing sales revenue and profitability across customer patch and individual customersTechnology experience across IT hardware, software and services a plus (not mandatory)Additional InformationIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
