Our clients are a WA owned and operated electrical contractor with an established client portfolio. Very busy on the work front they are seeking an Electrical Service Manager with a strong business management skill-set to manage their key regional and Tier 1 clients here in Perth WA.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage key regional and Tier-1 commercial clients.Manage projects both in the operational & financial sense.Coordinate client supervision of service delivery teams and develop preventative maintenance service contractsDevelop service delivery improvement plans.Client facing role, developing relationships, and ensuring growth within contracts while maintain long term key customers and identifying business development opportunities.Financial responsibility of the department with key account management.Efficient & cost-effective procurement of material & scheduling of staffReviewing completed works, compiling maintenance reports & processing whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, safe work practices and statutory requirements.Have a keen eye for quality and work with the leadership team to ensure all documentation and process is in placeSkills & ExperienceDemonstrable and successful electrical service management, project management or business unit management experience in a similar business environment.Minimum 7 years post apprenticeship experience within the electrical trade ( Essential)Proven leadership skills with experience managing client relationshipsDemonstrated commercial awareness of contractual obligations.Ability to manage projects and maintenance contracts both operationally & financiallySound understanding of the electrical contracting marketGood IT literacy and ability to use the different software packagesAbility to plan and prioritise workload - exceptional time managementOptimistic team leader, clear communicator with varied experienced in reactive worksQualificationsWA Electrical LicenseEssential)Current Driver's LicenseEssential)Benefits and CulturePermanent position with WA leading companyStable CareerFlexible working arrangements ( WFH)WA established company with a key series of clients including Top-Tier commercial & regional (GOV / EDUCATION / TRANSPORT etc...)Annual Salary + Super + Phone / Laptop + WFH flexibility + MORE!Supportive Work EnvironmentInternal Promotional OpportunitiesHow to applyIf you have the relevant experience and would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity please
