The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic or Electrician for a Field Service Technician position, based in Penrith.

Key Duties

• Servicing and repair of heavy mobile plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all quality assurance requirements and expectations are met.
• Assist in the training of staff as required.

What You Will Need

• Australian / New Zealand recognised trade qualification ( Electrician or Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic).
• 3 years + experience
• Exposure diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem solver.
• High attention to detail.
