As the Marketing Co-ordinator you will be working with our Sales Co-ordinator and Administration Team to support our highly successful sales team with all aspects of property, agent and social media marketing. This exciting position requires you to have boundless energy, be a multi-tasker and have great time management skills.

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to) :
Management of marketing for each property, ensure deadlines are met and materials are stored as per compliance requirements
Co-ordinate all marketing, advertising and PR activities
Manage agent marketing schedules
Design and book all advertising using Realhub
Manage social media schedules
Manage electronic digital marketing correspondence
Supervise the quality control of branded materials
Website management
Establish and maintain good working relations with suppliers
Maintain records of supplier rate cards, publication options, advertisement specifications, promotional deals, and deal end dates
Prepare marketing budgets as required
Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
Manage sponsorship events and opportunities
Coordinate orders of Sitchu Magazine & Belle Magazine
Mail outs
Back-up reception as required
Ad hoc duties
Ability to multitask and avoid distractions
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Must be deadline driven, with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent relationship-builder / people person
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and strong typing skills.
Previous experience with real estate marketing systems such as Realhub or CampaignTrack
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
Previous real estate experience is preferred and must have a Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
