Student Support Officer

Our outstanding team is paramount to the success of the organisation and looking for someone of matching calibre in talent and attitude.We are currently seeking an energetic and proactive individual who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.You will get the opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive team who will foster your growth and develop your career whilst providing exceptional support to our students.The position is a full-time, permanent role for five days per week, from Monday to Friday in our North Melbourne Office.Responsibilities - Student Services / Support OfficerFollow-up on students who require academic support and engage them in an intervention plan where required.Offer support and advice on a range of academic and personal issues the student may be experiencing.Issue warning letters according to SCEI-HE's policies and procedures.Prepare for and conduct student feedback and orientation sessions.Liaise with management and training staff to resolve student issues and other concerns.
