As we expand our operations, we're looking for an experienced and driven Grower to join our dynamic team.

• About the Role

As a Grower at Flavorite, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimising the growing environment of our crops. You'll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, using data and advanced systems to ensure plant health and high yields. You'll report into a Growing Technician and collaborate closely with our wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

You'll also be on-call once every four weeks (after completing training), and may occasionally be required to work weekends or public holidays. If so, a day in lieu will be provided.
