COMSEC ILSI / ILSP Writer Responsibilities Develop comprehensive documentation detailing the support processes and sustainment practices for an ICT system, in a clear, concise, and easy to understand format. Guide development of support procedures, service level agreements and manuals suitable for enterprise deployments / maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT systems, aligned to Defence policies and processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders / subject matter experts at the executive and working level to gather relevant information and present business and technical information in an accurate manner. Maintain and update existing documentation previously created with current information, detailing the changes, and retaining appropriate version control aligned with Defence processes and procedures. Must have experience with Logistical documentation, ideally with Cryptographic Communications Security experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
