• THE ROLE

As the HSE Manager, reporting to the HSEQ Divisional Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving safety and environmental initiatives across all Linkforce operations in Australia. With a nearly 3000 strong workforce, primarily engaged in blue-collar roles on mining shutdown maintenance and brownfields construction projects, this position is vital in ensuring compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. Based at our head office, with occasional site visits, you will lead our HSE team, both office and site-based, to uphold Linkforce, client, and industry safety strategies / obligations to the highest standard.
