Role Opportunity

As the HSE Manager responsible for monitoring, auditing, and managing site health and safety performance in accordance with legislative requirements. You will also support both management and contractors in implementing health and safety initiatives for the project.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification in Heal and Safety
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislations,
• Previous experience in HSE Manager role
• In-depth understanding of mining site safety systems and standards.
• Skilled in leading teams, influencing contractor behaviours, and fostering a positive safety culture.
• Experienced in strategic HSE planning and performance improvement.
• Proactive, adaptable, and effective in managing change and multiple projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WA Safety Legislation through effective HSE systems and contractor audits.
• Lead HSE initiatives and promote a strong site safety culture.
• Manage contractor onboarding and alignment with WHS and statutory requirements.
• Oversee incident response, injury management, and reporting
• Monitor HSE performance, deliver training, and drive continuous safety improvements.
