Kitchen Supervisor

I'm currently looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis in Garden City. Our business is located in Westfield, Kessels Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate kitchen staff activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
• Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings
• Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits :

Pay : $19.40 - $26.20 per hour
