This will involve both a hands-on approach, your experience, and attention to detail to :
- Manage weekly timesheets and leave forms
- Provide administrative, reporting and payroll support
- Run an end to end payroll process
- Bring sound time management skills, with the ability to multitask & manage stakeholders' requirements
- Have a strong grasp of deadlines for the pay run, superannuation, etc.
- Assist in the Month End processing
- Present with a friendly and professional disposition with your written and verbal communication
- Have a strong work ethic, being well organized and highly self-motivated to complete required tasks.
- About You
Our ideal applicant will have :
- Previous experience in a high-volume payroll function
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, and a methodical approach when organising and prioritising tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with staff
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Have a current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check
