Events Coordinator - Major Events

Reporting to the Events Manager, the Events Coordinator will form an integral part of the Events & Operations group and will play an important role in delivering major events staged at Optus Stadium.

Your focus will be :

• Provide support across all functional areas (internal and external)
• Assist with the planning and delivery of both event and non-event day activities at Optus Stadium and the Stadium Park.
• A client first approach to the management of the operational relationship between the Stadium and it's Hirers and Operational Partners.

To be successful, you will have :

• Diploma or degree qualifications in Event Management (or working towards qualification)
• A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar coordination role
• Competency in Ungerboeck / UBS system (preferred not essential)

While standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, the nature of the event industry means that you will be required to work outside these hours particularly around events being staged at Optus Stadium and Stadium Park.
