About the Role : We are expanding our customer service team to better support our customers. Multiple positions are available at our Pakenham office.
Your daily duties will include :
Assisting customers with queries via phone, email, web chat, or face-to-face.Processing equipment orders to support our delivery team.Liaising with allied health staff, nurses, patients, and families regarding orders, collection, and product suitability.Directing inbound calls / emails to sales, logistics, warehouse, and NDIS / DVA teams.Maintaining spreadsheets and documents using MS Office.Performing other duties as part of the customer service team.About You : The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in customer service or a call centre role.
We seek friendly, engaging individuals with a passion for building beneficial relationships with clients and internal teams, and who enjoy helping others with a professional, polite communication style.
Candidates should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and possess intermediate skills (at minimum) in Microsoft Office 365.
Self-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about customer service.
Experience in the disability, healthcare, or community services sectors is encouraged but not mandatory.
