Working in the reward and promotions sector, this team have enjoyed significant growth over the last two years and are now the sector leader working with major Australian retail brands with both B2B and B2C channels thriving. They are now looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit internal team dedicated to providing seamless customer solutions.

Day-to-day you will work directly with incoming customer enquiries and can manage a variety of personalities and stakeholders seamlessly. You will provide professional support and advice to your customers keeping accurate information and records within the customer database and can trouble-shoot problems as they arise. At all times you provide a professional, friendly approach and are quick to learn relevant product knowledge and processes.
