Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Meet personal / Customer Service Team targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Raise Return Authorities
Organise Order discrepancies
Navigate Freight delays
Take the extra mile to engage with our Customers
Proven Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Reliable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes
Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
A flexible and self-motivated attitude

Flexible to work a rotating shift : Monday to Friday
