Asset management - from properties to vehicles to boats Project management - helping coordinate functions, researching and executing special ad hoc projects & coordinating overseas investment Creating & coordinating travel arrangements Maintaining and updating essential lists and records Preparing reports, presentations and professional documents Running errands as required THE NITTY GRITTY Experience with MS Office Suite At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with experience working with a HNWI advantageous The ability to change lanes quickly and efficiently, picking up all the pieces on the way through An understanding of finances to provide a snapshot of things that need attention and what can wait!
