ABOUT THE ROLESummary of the roleJoin our friendly team and provider of palliative care services in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Our aim is to maximise the quality of life of our patients by the provision of high standard palliative care in the community.Based in Sunshine, you will work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator and as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide support, supervision and education to volunteers working in Mercy Health's palliative care services and promote palliative care and volunteering. We provide psychological and spiritual support, caring for people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses in their homes as well as complex symptom management.
