The Directors within Planning, Performance and Delivery Branch will lead and / or coordinate initiatives and programs of work across the Commission to achieve whole-of-organisation strategic priorities. The Directors each lead a team to support strategic planning and governance, enterprise change coordination and delivery, and enterprise reporting. Each Director will drive the uplift in capability and continuous improvement of strategic capability across the Commission.
Planning, Performance and Governance
This team leads the Commission’s annual performance cycle and planning ecosystem, ensuring that strategic intent translates into practical, measurable outcomes. The focus is on embedding planning and governance approaches that are useful, connected and aligned to how the business actually works. The team partners with business areas to enable meaningful planning, performance storytelling and continuous improvement, while ensuring accountability through compliance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
Change Office
This team operates as a strategic enabler that supports and coordinates enterprise-level change initiatives to ensure delivery of strategic priorities. The Change Office partners with business areas to provide fit-for-purpose tools, change enablement support, visibility of change impacts and practical frameworks to help teams deliver outcomes successfully. The team fosters alignment, anticipates risks to delivery and drives consistent and people-centred approach to implementing change across the Commission.
