- Responsibilities
- Meet and greet vistors, contractors and clients
- Answering of incoming calls and transferring through to appropriate departments
- Provide administrative support company wide
- Act as a first point of contact for queries and communications
- Support Managing Director in day to day activities
- Ensure office supplies / stock are kept up to date
- Required skills & Experience
- Experience in a reception / admin or customer facing role
- High level of motivation, work ethic and systematic approach to work
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working in a manufacturing / ISO accredited company (beneficial)
