About the Team

Located in Holden Hill, the Training Management System (TMS) team develops and enhances learning management systems tailored for our end users.

What We Are Looking For

In order to achieve security authorization in accordance with Australian Defence standards and processes, the Cyber Security Engineer contributes to the design, implementation, and documentation of cyber security measures for the Land 400 Training Management System to safeguard system integrity and resilience.

This role involves developing security documentation, performing threat risk assessments, and defining mitigation controls, ensuring compliance with Australian cyber security requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development and implementation of security governance aligned with Defence frameworks;
• Conduct threat and risk assessments, recommend treatment controls and mitigation strategies;
• Design and recommend security solutions based on requirements;
• Author or review security project deliverables such as Security Risk Management Plan, System Security Plan, and other security artifacts;
• Support engineering teams in implementing treatment controls;
• Analyze product solutions, identify deficiencies, and report risks to physical and cyber security;
• Liaise with internal and external security organizations and government / defence security bodies;

Engage with accreditation bodies regarding ICT accreditation.

Qualifications and Skills :

Eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
