Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain good relationships with clients by understanding what they need. Spot new sales opportunities and keep up with industry trends. Work with the sales team to create proposals and help with negotiations. Visit client sites to show products, help with setup, and solve problems. Keep records of sales and client talks using CRM tools. Report on sales progress and market updates to management. Stay up to date with new technology and competitor products. Qualifications : Degree in engineering, technology, or similar. Experience in sales or customer service with a focus on technical products. Good communication and negotiation skills. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working alone or with a team. Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office. Focused on meeting sales goals and spotting new opportunities.
