Packing Team Member - Food Manufacturing Warehouse

Responsibilities

Packaging

Efficiently pack food products into designated containers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control

Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring only the best products are packed and shipped.

Labeling

Accurately label packages according to product specifications and company guidelines.

Inventory Management

Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, including counting and recording stock.

Safety Compliance

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Equipment Operation

Operate packaging machinery and equipment as required, following all operational guidelines.

Team Collaboration

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to [insert weight] pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.

Ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and reaching.

Previous experience in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic math and computer skills are a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
