Job descriptionChange Managers to lead and support business change activities and supporting CIO and IT Managers on adhoc IT business. Key duties include, but are not limited to identification and analysis of stakeholders determine scope and impacts of business change, including development of business impact assessments conduct and facilitate change planning sessions, document outcomes, and recommendations prepare vendor supplied training materials for delivery of training provide change support through communications, training, and stakeholder engagement drafting of communications and change plans, including scheduled deliverables for approval implementation of Communications and Change Management Plans. Ideally, you will have experience in planning and conducting workplace and in organisational change experience in facilitating change planning, business impact analysis, change management planning, and reporting exceptional communication skills and attention to detail strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders Desirable, but not essential experience developing and delivering corporate communications.
