This role is critical in supporting and being accountable for the development of new business within the Property Management team.

- You will have Property Management or Real Estate Sales experience
- Be proactive, use initiative and have a keen attention to detail
- Have the ability to prioritise and coordinate daily tasks
- Hold a NSW Class 2 Licence and ideally a minimum of a QLD Certificate of Registration
- Experience with PropertyMe, IRE & IRE BDM is favourableKey responsibilities :
- Maintain six-star service for all clients / customers
- Prospect for new business opportunities and conduct appraisals
- Sign up agency agreements and facilitate property compliance
- Schedule viewing times & manage prospective tenant enquiry
- Facilitate viewings for new business properties
- Accept and process tenancy applicationsPosition Benefits
