Role Overview We're seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive our next stage of growth. In this role, you will :
Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild and manage relationships with brokers, clients, and partnersDevelop and execute strategies to expand our lending footprintCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, client-focused funding outcomesRepresent Equity Access in the market as a trusted and dynamic partnerThis role is ideal for someone ready to take their career to the next level. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to Head of Sales, with the opportunity to shape the sales function and lead a growing team.
