Job description
  • Attention Mechanical Trade Assistants and Mechanical Fitters!
  • MECHANICAL FITTERS
  • Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Use your mechanical expertise to work on Industrial Trailers transporting mining equipment.
  • Prior trailing experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Forklift licence and a clean driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings
  • Welding / cutting experience and basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
  • MECHANICAL TRADE ASSISTANTS
  • Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Assist mechanical fitters with the assembly of trailers
  • Check brakes and suspension systems
  • Change tires, perform oil changes, and replace bearings
  • Set up tooling and clean the workshop
  • Previous experience with trailers
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
  • Physically fit and able to work under trailers
  • Strong safety focus
  • Job Types

  • Salary
  • From $35.00 per hour

    • 10 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Morning shift

      • Work Authorisation :

    • Australia (preferred)
