About the Section The Design and Architecture section supports strategic decision-making and technology solution design. Its responsibilities include :

Developing and maintaining architecture documentation for the agency's platforms. Creating digital designs and documentation across various domains. Setting strategic directions for design and architecture disciplines. Overseeing governance bodies to ensure design considerations across domains. The key duties of the position include : As a Solution Architect, you will design and implement scalable, secure solutions aligned with strategic objectives, working closely with stakeholders and development teams.

Your responsibilities include :

Understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements. Designing end-to-end solutions that are scalable and secure. Developing architectural designs and documentation. Providing technical leadership throughout product lifecycles. Evaluating new technologies and practices. Ensuring solutions comply with security and performance standards. Engaging stakeholders to communicate design decisions. Participating in architectural reviews and governance. Contributing to the Architectural Reference Group. Optimizing existing solutions based on feedback. Qualifications / Experience Candidates should have experience in :

Developing architectural documentation within a software development environment. Working within a scaled agile delivery framework. They should possess :

Strong knowledge of technologies, especially Microsoft / Azure. Knowledge of architectural design frameworks. Relevant tertiary or professional certifications. Pre-employment checks include security clearance, which must be obtained prior to employment.
