The CaPTA Group, a leading tourism and hospitality organisation, is embarking on a strategic Cloud Migration Project to enhance our digital infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Migration Specialist to lead this critical initiative. This fixed-term contract (6-9 months) offers an immediate start and a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote flexibility with essential on-site collaboration in our Cairns office.
About The Project :
The Cloud Migration Project is a strategic initiative aimed at transitioning our organisation’s current server-based file storage system to a fully cloud-based solution utilising Microsoft Office 365 tools — specifically Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive . This transformation is intended to enhance collaboration, streamline document management, improve remote access, and increase security across all our companies and departments.

Your Pivotal Role : Leading Our Cloud Transition
As our Cloud Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the entire migration process in close consultation with internal stakeholders across the CaPTA Group. Your expertise will be key to achieving our project objectives and driving successful adoption of Microsoft 365. You may also have the potential to support our team in investigating Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a CRM option.
