We are a fast-growing financial services company that is seeking a motivated and organized Administrator to provide effective day-to-day administrative support within the company. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining and updating client and employee databases
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Providing support to other team members as required
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
