- As an administrator in the Support Services team, your priority is the FIS reception area.
- Your responsibilities include the
- efficient delivery of administration

- support, ensuring the reception area is
- resourced and operating smoothly
- You will ensure
- accurate record-keeping
- oversee file management and data entry processes and ensure the maintenance of office supplies and equipment as well as manage mail and correspondence and assist with departmental systems and technologies.

- What you will do
The administrator delivers services in line with our policies and procedures. You will :
- Have demonstrated
- experience in a high-volume administrative environment
- Oversee reception duties,
- including distributing administrative tasks to the administration officers, answering calls, assisting visitors, and handling enquiries professionally.
- Oversee the reception desk roster to ensure effective, adequate and efficient coverage, including training of new administration officers.
- Provide general administrative support, such as file management, data entry and scheduling.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Use and update databases
- to ensure accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and file transfers securely,
- ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality
- Provide
- administrative support for portfolios
- such as Freedom of Information and Distress referrals.
- Support staff with projects,
- meeting administration
- including minute-taking, and other assigned tasks as needed.
