Due to an increase in business, the Human Resources team require an administrator who is happy to perform an autonomous, action-packed role within an easy-going, professional and supportive team.
The responsibilities of this role include :
The right person will be warm, patient & able to establish rapport quickly with the large number of stakeholders. Teamwork is something that will help you thrive within this position as this is a shared role. The ability to multi-task, bring new ideas and prioritise daily tasks will lead to success will hold you in good stead. Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in administration. Any HR experience will be an advantage.
This Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm role is initially for about 3 months, with possible ongoing potential.
The role is based in Burwood East, but wold be fine with you working from home for up to 3 days a week. Having access to your own transport is highly advantageous, as there is free parking on-site.
