This role will see you responsible for administration, customer service, filing and overall office support.
- Skills and Abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel) and an ability to quickly learn new technology
- Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
- Experience in processing work an advantage
- Must have high dexterity and keen eye for details
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing an understanding of the client's business and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Ensuring optimal level of service is always provided and understand implications to client of not meeting agreed service levels.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships within client, suppliers, and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence.
- Performing tasks to ensure highest level of client satisfaction is achieved.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
