At dusk we're all about the moment's that matter & we're at the start of our brand rejuvenation journey. As a result we are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager who loves managing people as much as they do typography and conceptualising new ideas.

Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the Head of Digital, you will balance being hands-on whilst leading a graphic designer to ensuring creative consistency across all digital platforms, campaigns, and retail touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead the internal graphic designer (and any other external GD's), providing guidance and feedback to support the production of high-quality work within the specified timelines. Develop and implement design guidelines, standards and processes to maintain brand identity and enable the seamless production of visual assets. Support the CMO with executing the creative look & feel of campaigns taking inspiration from product collections. Manage an efficient workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environment – we use Monday.com Design website homepage assets, EDM layouts, and social media content (organic and paid). Develop affiliate re-targeting ads, trend documents, and seasonal updates for digital assets. Produce and / or manage the production of videos, photography, audio and graphic assets. Contribute to the creation and application of a high-quality brand visual identity. Deliver high-quality, mistake-free assets, always making sure and copy and design are compliant and approved by the appropriate people Create all retail signage, decals, and product collateral. Manage non-outsourced image retouching, resizing, and distribution for e-commerce and marketing purposes. Work in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to execute stunning visual content. Maintain an efficient workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. WHAT YOU BRING : Qualification in Graphic Design with advanced computer skills across Adobe Suite, Figma & other design software. A keen eye for design, typography, and brand storytelling. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
