Your New Role We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our growing business. The role involves delivering efficient, timely, and smooth day-to-day advisory support and client service outcomes. You will play a critical role in supporting clients and advisors to execute advice and in building strong client relationships as a key liaison of the firm.
Key Role Outcomes include : Engaging clients effectively through a coordinated, client-focused approach, building and maintaining strong relationships.Dealing with client needs promptly, including executing client / advisor instructions.Managing the client database and documentation to ensure information accuracy, inform decision-making, and meet compliance requirements.Driving client review processes through high-quality administration and timely workflow management.Performing client tasks to a high standard, liaising with share registries, Centrelink, wrap platforms, fund managers, and other third parties, and preparing reports and correspondence.Coordinating client appointments effectively in collaboration with the Client Service Officer.Contributing to team objectives by assisting with reception or other administrative tasks as needed.About you : Experience as a Client Service Manager in a financial advisory setting is highly regarded.Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.High personal motivation and initiative.Highly organised, capable of working under pressure, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.Understanding of delivering professional customer service.Attention to detail and an analytical approach to tasks.Ability to work well within a team environment.Demonstrated interest in the finance industry.Xplan experience is highly regarded.What we can offer you : Permanent role in a flexible workplace.Supportive team culture, united by our purpose.How to Apply : Submit a cover letter (max 2 pages) addressing the capabilities outlined above, along with your resume, directly through Seek.
