Our federal government client requires an experienced PMO coordinator to set the standard of reporting, governance and risk management for the organisation. You will be responsible to promote and ensure the best fit of approved methodologies, techniques and tools are established within the agency.
- Responsibilities
- Provide project support services to projects supporting aspects of program delivery by providing a cross program view on risk, schedule, change, quality, and finance
- Preparation of portfolio information and reports for a senior audience
- Strategically liaise with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete information available on all projects in the portfolio
- Support the PMO Lead in preparation for Steering Committee and Stakeholder updates
- Provide support and guidance to project managers on the project methodology, tools and templates
- Develop and manage the high-level business case process
- Assess and support project compliance to PMO governance and standards
- Manage central repository of project documentation and information
Skills and Experience :
