Someone who has experience and comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS and NDIA and the Quality Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered Service providers Tertiary level qualifications (Disability / Nursing / Allied Health) or other discipline relevant to community or human services or extensive relevant experience. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated business acumen including financial management and budgeting Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to delivery of a person-centred service Successful applicants will be required to have an NDIS Worker Screening check completed prior to the commencement of employment. CRT program is currently looking for a NDIS Service Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our Disability Services team and to grow this side of our business.
The Manager - Disability Services will provide strategic leadership to the operational and financial management of the Company's Disability Services business unit. Growth in the context of disability services programs is also a core objective for this position.
