CRT program is currently looking for a NDIS Service Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our Disability Services team and to grow this side of our business.
The Manager - Disability Services will provide strategic leadership to the operational and financial management of the Company's Disability Services business unit. Growth in the context of disability services programs is also a core objective for this position.

As the Manager - Disability Services, you will be an integral part of the CRT Senior Leadership team, reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Provide strategic advice, and leadership of services, maximising efficiency and effective use of resource, while seeking andDeveloping new growth opportunitiesMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS the NDIA and the Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered service providersHave responsibility for the oversight of service delivery, accountability for program outcomes and responsibility for the management and outputs of employees within the Disability Service UnitWhat are we looking for?
A people leader who can provide strategic advice, and leadership of the services.Someone who has experience and comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS and NDIA and the Quality Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered Service providersTertiary level qualifications (Disability / Nursing / Allied Health) or other discipline relevant to community or human services or extensive relevant experience.Excellent communication skillsDemonstrated business acumen including financial management and budgetingDemonstrated understanding of and commitment to delivery of a person-centred serviceSuccessful applicants will be required to have an NDIS Worker Screening check completed prior to the commencement of employment.How to apply :We recommend that applicants combine the below items into a single document for upload.
