We are seeking Senior Technical ITSM specialists to join our growing team of consultants working on Federal Government implementation projects in Canberra.

OpenText helps organizations securely capture, govern, and exchange information globally, solving digital business challenges for clients ranging from small businesses to large, complex organizations.

In this role, you will provide technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions tailored to our Federal Government clients.

You should have a strong understanding of our clients' businesses and act as a trusted advisor, sometimes onsite, to maintain effective customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools across Windows and Linux environments, with a solid understanding of ITIL processes, containerization technologies (Kubernetes certification is a plus), secure communication, and experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
