Work in a very high performing WA based business unit in a large national Australian company. Among industry leaders, you can be assured challenging work, top of the line systems and technology, and a genuine good group of people to work with. The business is bursting at the seams with activity and your analysis will be critical in business performance results.

Rare! Purely financial analysis focused role (not an accounting job!) where you are in the numbers, understanding business drivers and working to ensure efficiencies and margins are maximised. You'll often be the only finance person in the room and guide highly technical non-financial managers on how the business is performing and operating. Your expert analysis provides the decision support required to drive the bottom line performance of your business unit. You will report to the BU Finance leader, and have a few peer analysts covering other business areas. Your precise portfolio assigned will depend on your business need and team utilisation during the contract period.

As the bridge between finance & operations, you are both great with people and numbers. You are commercially astute, see the big picture, and can influence behaviour by making data into works of art that make your point for you. Advanced financial modelling and BI proficiency are required of you as a 'gun' analyst. You always get invited to the table when key decisions are made and enjoy working autonomously with a high level of responsibility. This opportunity is fairly senior in nature given the executive interaction, so a minimum of 5 years professional experience is expected.
