APS Level 6 - Talent and Employee Experience Supervisor
The APS6 Talent and Employee Experience Supervisor is a skilled and proactive HR professional with demonstrated experience leading recruitment, onboarding and employee experience functions within a complex, policy-driven environment.
This role manages a small team and partners across the Museum to deliver timely, compliant and fit-for-purpose workforce solutions. The position plays a key role in improving recruitment systems and practices, supporting employee mobility and onboarding, and contributing to strategic people initiatives, including employee experience, capability development and inclusion.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role combines strong policy knowledge with practical delivery to drive innovation and ensure a high-quality candidate and employee experience aligned to APS frameworks and the Museum’s priorities.
