Utilise your business and financial acumen to analyse financial documents, identify opportunity and implement strategies to deliver results. • About You
• Boutique or Cluster Management experience in a high-performance store with medium to large teams.
• An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
• Exposure to hosting VIP nights and client experiences.
• Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Clientele experience maintaining customer relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's.
• Experience working to financial documents such as P&L, and sales and stock reports.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
