THE ROLE
Directly reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of a labour hire recruitment business. This is a fast-paced industry where a quick-thinking problem solver will thrive.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Supporting Management & coordination of HR processes & administration
- Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Workers Compensation coordination & administration
- Quality management of policies, procedures, office systems and licences
- Client and Employment contracts
- Ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Co-ordinate with Suppliers for new and existing business systems
- Assisting all areas of the business as directed
- Office management, including organisation of suppliers
