Reporting to the Entertainment Senior Events & Entertainment Executive, the Events Executive is responsible for administration implementation and coordination of the 12 month events, installations and activations calendar for the business. Coordinating the events, installations and activations in conjunction with the relevant business unit and to meet the business objectives.
This position will play a major role in creating and operational aspects of the events, installations and activations for Business Units and areas of Marketing, Gaming, Hotel, F&B, P&C, and Crown Perth ballroom ticketed initiated events.
- Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Book, curate and maintain the weekly entertainment schedule for all venues across the complex - Ensuring a diverse and engaging entertainment line-up that appeals to each corresponding venue.
- Liaising with other departments budget
- eg food and beverage, C&E, marketing, partnerships to deliver targeted commercial Events.
- Successfully manage Events Budgets - Ensuring event forecasts submitted to the BU remain on or under budget with any variance / increase being confirmed in writing by the approver.
- Develop and communicate new innovative event initiatives to management that target their respective business units.
- Coordinating with external performers, artists, and entertainment agencies - Understanding requirements and preferences of each department to tailor the entertainment schedule to suit specific needs and objectives.
- Ensure all Supplier Contracts, Performance Agreements and Letters of Agreement are drafted, approved and completed in a timely manner.
- Organise Risk Assessment for impactful events and installations.

- Strong organisational skills with qualification or experience in marketing and event management
- Related events and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal & external key stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Ability to be creative and show initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
