- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including networking functions, webinars, workshops, and conferences
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and attendee engagement
- Provide personalised member support and contribute to member retention strategies
- Support the member volunteer network and coordinate the delivery of localised content
- Collaborate closely with a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality member experiences
- Draft engaging communications such as emails, agendas, and minutes
- Contribute to the improvement of services through feedback collection and reporting
- Uphold professional service standards while building strong, long-term relationships with members
