Your Venue - Monster Kitchen and Bar The Monster is an herbivore.

Monster Bar offers an elevated cocktail experience created with modern techniques using a selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables, ever-changing to highlight the season. We implement our own twist on the most iconic cocktails found in the best hotel bars around the world.

The Gig This is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced F&B Supervisor with a wealth of experience in transforming a guest's experience into an inspiring journey of discovery. You will be a critical part of the F&B leadership team with many development and career opportunities. Our team works hard, has fun, and consistently goes out of our way each day to create memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time roles and require flexibility within your availability. As our newest Food & Beverage Supervisor , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Run day-to-day operations, ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed and effectively managed Oversee F&B operations to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality, in line with Ovolo standards and procedures Implement comprehensive training for new staff and provide guidance to achieve performance standards Coordinate team meetings, briefings, and shift handovers, ensuring effective communication Conduct operational briefings before each service, covering covers, sections, specials, VIP guests, and events Monitor service standards and take action if standards are not met, including performance management Oversee beverage stock purchasing and regular stock takes to meet budgeted costs Ensure POS system is updated daily and used for stock control About you At Ovolo, we value YOU.
